TEMPUR-Breeze technology producing extra coolness

Tempur-Pedic International Inc unveiled two new mattresses featuring new TEMPUR-Breeze technology: the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze and TEMPUR-Rhapsody Breeze. The new TEMPUR-Breeze technology optimizes the sleep climate to produce an extra-cool feel for people who feel they sleep warm.

"We are an innovation company, and our extensive research into the drivers of high-quality sleep, coupled with our industry leading technology development, has produced this breakthrough product idea in sleep climate optimization," said Rick Anderson, president of Tempur-Pedic North America.

"These beds offer the comfort, support and no motion transfer benefits that owners love about Tempur-Pedic, while addressing the unmet needs of those who feel they naturally sleep warm. In independent testing, Tempur-Pedic's existing beds are already proven cooler than leading gel foam beds and now, these two new exciting beds with TEMPUR-Breeze technology take Tempur-Pedic's cool comfort advantage to the next level."

TEMPUR-Breeze technology works in three ways: producing extra coolness where the body touches the mattress, helping regulate body heat for a more comfortable temperature throughout the night, and channeling heat away from the mattress. The TEMPUR-Breeze cover feels cool to the touch and wicks moisture and heat away from the body. Below, the TEMPUR-Breeze comfort layer, which incorporates state-of-the art cooling material, draws excess heat away from the body, while the revolutionary new TEMPUR-Climate support layer transports heat away from the surface.
