The Netherlands 'Country on stage' at JEC World 2019

The Netherlands ‘Country on Stage’ will be presented during JEC World 2019, the largest composite trade fair in the world, to be held from March 12-14 in Paris. In collaboration with the ministry of economic affairs & climate policy and top sector HTSM, CompositesNL, the trade organisation for composite industry, will organise the Holland High Tech Pavilion.

At the pavilion, Netherlands will get a unique opportunity to put its specific qualities, knowledge and skills in the area of composites in the spotlight. Showcases by Netherlands will be given special attention in JEC Magazine and on social media. In addition, JEC Magazine will devote a special section to Netherlands.

A number of Dutch companies and knowledge institutes have their own stand at JEC World 2019. Business cases will be presented in the area of car and aerospace construction and 3D printing, in which all dimensions of the Dutch composite industry are involved. Key aspects in which Netherlands is leading internationally are thermoplastic composites, automation, sustainability in composites, and applications of composites in a water environment, such as bridges, locks and ships.

On Wednesday March 13, there will be a special programme as part of Netherlands being the ‘Country on Stage’. (PC)
