UPM selects SpecialChem tool to grow UPM ForMi line

UPM has started a Commercial Acceleration program with SpecialChem to support the growth of UPM ForMi. UPM has developed UPM ForMi, a set of PP biocomposites reinforced with renewable-based cellulose fibers, suitable for weight reduction and lower carbon footprint in applications currently using PP, ABS or filled polyolefins.

SpecialChem will develop new opportunities for UPM ForMi in markets valuing the innovative environmental-friendly materials. Bringing speed and market reach, SpecialChem acts as an extended arm for UPM New Businesses & Development:
