China-based Wuxi Lihong Spinnerrets, a subsidiary of Japanese company Nippon Nozzle is showcasing its extensive line-up of spinnerets for the nonwovens sector at the ongoing trade fair – INDEX 14.

Among its products are spunlace jetstrips, spunlace injector, melt blown and spunbond T-Die and melt blown equipment.

Spunlace Jetstrips:
Its spunlace jetstrips offer consistent water jet, high entanglement efficiency, low water consumption, lower energy loss and uniform pressure.

Spunlace injector:
The spunlace filter is made of multi-layers of stainless steel and various alloy mesh. It is manufactured by combining fine mesh of uniform and precise pore size together with several layers of protecting and reinforcing meshes. This is then sintered to obtain an integral metal structure.

It ensures high precision filtration even in high or low temperature, high pressure and where even corrosive conditions have to be contended with and is also durable. Since it is of surface filtration type media, this filter can be cleaned and recycled with ease. There is no migration of filter media due to high quality sintering process.

Melt Blown T-Die:
MB is a one-step process in which high-velocity air blows a molten thermoplastic resin from an extruder die tip onto a conveyor screen to form a fine fibrous and self-bonding web. This process is unique because it is used almost exclusively to produce microfibers that generally have diameters in the range of 2 to 4 µm, although they may be as small as 1 µm or below. With its own melt blown pilot line, it is able to develop and manufacture energy-efficient spinnerets that produce consistent microfibers.

Spunbond T-Die:
Spunbond fabrics are produced by depositing extruded spun filaments onto a collecting belt. Strength and integrity can be added to the web by applying heated rolls or hot needles to partially melt the polymer and fuse the fibers together. High molecular weight polymers such as PP, PET are used by spunbonding to produce uniform webs.

Custom-designed Spinnerets
It is capable of designing and manufacturing spunbond spinnerets of different size with the same high quality. To achieve better monoflament fineness, it not only offers its expertise on spinnerets, but also with distributors.
