CFR recognizes SGL Group as Germany's Top Employer

After its success in 2012, the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute has again awarded the SGL Group - The Carbon Company – the title of “Germany’s Top Employer of 2013” for its human resources work. 
 
The SGL Group is one of 118 companies in Germany which exceeded the demanding requirements and received the seal of approval as Top Employers of 2013. Five categories are evaluated: Career Opportunities, Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits and Work-Life-Balance, Training and Development and Corporate Culture Management. The SGL Group achieved very good ratings in all categories and even scored the maximum number of points (5 of 5 maximum possible points) in the category “Primary Benefits”.

The CRF was established in 1991 as a collective initiative of academics, business journalists, trade associations, research institutions and international publishing houses.
It functions as an independent authority for evaluating and acknowledging HR performance with the goal of identifying and presenting best practices in the fields of HR management.
