EU extends law imposing ADD on some imports from China, Egypt, Turkiye

The European Commission recently extended a 2020 European Union (EU) regulation imposing definitive anti-dumping duties (ADD) on imports of certain woven and stitched glass fibre fabrics from China and Egypt.

Following anti-circumvention investigations, these measures were also extended by the Commission to imports of the same products from Turkiye, whether declared as originating in Turkiye or not, with the exception of those produced by Saertex Turkey Tekstil Ltd Sti, Sonmez Asf Iplik Dokuma Ve Boya San Tic A S and Telateks Tekstil Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi/Telateks Dis Ticaret ve Kompozit Sanayi Anonim Sirketi.

The Commission had received a request for a partial interim review of the basic regulation.
