Hasan Group showcases nonwoven products range at INDEX 14

Founded in 1939, Hassan Group has seven different companies operating under its roof and is present in sub-sectors like apparel, hygiene, automotive, geotextiles, home textiles, filtration, cleaning wipes, medical lamination and technical textiles.

In cleaning wipes it offers fiber composition of either PES, Viscose, PP and bico and colors like yellow, pink, blue, orange and green from 80 grams/m2 to 2,000 grams/m2. They have qualities like fast water absorption, wipes off and dries quickly, leaves no mark or nap behind, soft and flexible, etc.

For the textile and apparel sector, it offers nonwoven fusible and non-fusible interlinings, under collar felts, chest felts, shoulder pad felts, quilting, embroidery felts and needlepunched felts for cap's and hat peaks.

In medical textiles, it produces water proof and air permeable PE films that can be used as lamination with numerous products (woven, nonwoven, knitted etc.) in order to get composite materials that can be used for medical purpose such as medical gowns, surgical gowns, masks, bed covers, patient covers, etc.

Its geotextiles can be used in reinforcement, separation, protection, drainage and filtration and its needle-punched polyester (PES) and polypropylene (PP) made geotextiles range in thickness from a thin, light weight material as 50gsm to a fairly thick felt-type material as 1,200gsm and offers them in widths as wide as 7.2 meters.

Among technical textiles, Hasan Group makes available various types of nonwovens, laminations like hot-melt, extruder with PE and PP, trilaminated products, reinforcement materials and moldable products. It also provides customized solutions by using physical, chemical and technical treatments for various industries such as automotive, filtration, hygiene and construction.

Hassan Group manufactures economic, safe and environment friendly different types of felts for filter medias under the brand name "Filtrex". Filtrex is produced from PES, PP, CV, Bico fibers or their blends. The typical end uses of Filtrex are vacuum cleaner filters; bus and truck air filters; heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; bitumen, cement, iron-steel and flour production factories; dyeing compartments of chemical industry and different industry plants.

For the automotive industry, Hassan Group manufactures a high quality product branded product ‘Autofelt’, consisting of needle punched felts, coated-laminated-dye cut parts, nonwovens for door panels as well as headliners, hoodliners, luggage compartment carpeting and heat & sound insulators.
