Johnson Controls declares dividend of $0.22/share

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc., a global multi industrial company, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. 
 
The dividend is payable July 2, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2014.
 
Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
