Nonwoven fabric manufacturer and Japan- based JX Nippon ANCI, which is a division of JX Group is participating at INDEX 14 being held in Switzerland from April 8-11 at stall no. 1060.

JX Nippon ANCI produces various nonwoven products among which are –

Claf:
Claf fabric consists of two layers of co-extruded and fibrillated polyolefin films that are oriented in both machine and cross directions then thermally bonded together into non-woven mesh product. It is thin-walled, light-weight, and breathable, has high strength with a good balance in both warp and weft directions, machine and cross direction fibers are tightly bonded and dimensionally stable, excellent processability when combined with various other materials and has excellent water and chemical resistance.

Conwed Net:
Conwed net is a mesh product that is manufactured by a patented technology of Conwed Global Netting Solutions in the United States. There are two types of Conwed net: "unstretched net (extruded net)" and "stretched net (oriented net)". The oriented net has especially high strength as its molecular structures have been stretched in both machine and transverse directions.

It also has grades produced from specialty resins such as polypropylene, thermoplastic elastomer, etc. which can be use in a wide array of applications.

Characteristics of Conwed Net are that the biaxial-stretched (tentered and drafted) net has high strength in both machine and transverse directions, and besides is lightweight, has excellent shape stability as MD and TD strands are directly fused together, suitable for reinforcing other materials because of its strength derived from the net structure of intersections being fused together.

It has superior breathability for its mesh structure and excellent water-and-chemical resistance and insusceptibility to temperature and humidity and for keeping up with combination with any materials or any usage environment, it has a wide variety of nets (such as made of nylon, PET, thermoplastic elastomer, etc.).

The uses of Conwed Net are in reinforcement of other materials such as nonwovens, knits, textiles, etc, reinforcement or spacers of air filters and liquid filtration media and protective net against birds, insects, wind, etc.

Milife:
Milife has the structure of stretched, long filaments of polyester aligned and layered along both MD and CD directions. It has excellent characteristics that no non-woven or fabric other than MILIFE has, which would surely add new value. Milife has a unique appearance of "silk-like woven fabric" or "Japanese paper" with luster and sheen.

Milife is offered in light basis weight grades (5g/m2~) and thin grades (50µm~). It has uniform basis weight and good shape stability (high strength), a flat and smooth surface of Milife is highly ideal for printing, superior processability when combined with various materials in a variety of lamination processes, has excellent water and chemical resistance and is available in flame-retardant grades (halogen-free).
