Swedish firm Nordic Waterproofing buys Nortett AS

Nordic Waterproofing Group strengthens the position in Nordic Countries by acquiring Nortett AS in Norway. Since the end of the 1970s, Nortett (previously Paus & Paus) has sold and marketed products for roofs, walls and foundations.

“Nordic Waterproofing Group has long wanted to strengthen its foothold in Norway, in order to achieve the Group's strategy to be a significant player in the Nordic market within our main product segments. We have selected Roofs, Walls and Foundations as our main areas within water and damp-proof product solutions. With Nortett in the Group, we now feel that our goal can be achieved”, says Mats Lindborg, CEO in Nordic Waterproofing AB.
