Multitex:
Multitex line includes multi-layer nonwovens developed with Airthrough Bonded technology. Multitex combines unique easy-to-work structure soft topsheet and high loft ADL. The use of Multitex materials in the production of baby diapers, incontinence and feminine hygiene pads offers the converter great advantages such as improved performance, Multitex shows faster acquisition time and lower wetback due to the absence of any kind of glue between topsheet and ADL; cost saving, and last but not the least sustainability.
Italy based Texsus, a pioneering company with more than 30 years of experience in the production of nonwovens for the hygienic market is participating#
Multitex nonwovens offer soft, textile touch skin-side and a voluminous structure able to enhance the fluid acquisition and distribution backside. In addition to that, Multitex layers can be treated with a wide range of natural finishes such as Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Silk Protein, Chamomile, Cotton Oil extract and additional substances.
Absortex:
Absortex line includes the new absorbent core worked out by Texsus know-how and an innovative engineering process. Absortex cores are a compressed composite structure made of different substrates and superabsorbent polymers (SAP). They are worked out to achieve higher absorption and liquid retention performances with reduced weight and thickness when compared to all products currently available on the market.
The main advantages that this innovative core brings are: high concentration of SAP in a very low thickness; improved absorbency capacity, due to reduced gel blocking effect even for high SAP content and absence of fibers.
Absortex materials are designed to be used as core for adult and baby diapers (medium-high SAP content) but they can also be suitable for the production of sanitary napkins and panty liners (low SAP content).
