Yukon Partners, a provider of mezzanine capital for middle market private equity transactions, has partnered with Sorenson Capital, a private equity firm, in its investment in Axiom Materials, Inc., a manufacturer of proprietary advanced composite materials and related products for customers in the aerospace and defence, industrial, automotive, medical device, and electronics industries.

Sorenson sponsored the transaction in which it, Yukon, and other institutional co-investors facilitated the recapitalisation of Axiom. NXT Capital provided the senior credit facility and mezzanine capital was provided by Yukon. Schiff Hardin LLP served as legal counsel to Yukon.

With the combined capabilities of Axiom, Sorenson Capital and Yukon Partners, the company's future has never been brighter. We are now aligned and capitalised to accelerate our long-term strategic goals and ultimately reach our highest potential. It is an exciting time to be part of the Axiom team.”
