Completion of Kao's new plant for baby diapers in China

Kao Corporation (President and CEO: Michitaka Sawada) held the completion ceremony of the new plant of Kao (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (President: Shinichiro Hiramine).

The ceremony is conducted at the new plant constructed at Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. At the plant, disposable diapers for babies will be produced and shipped to the market starting from the end of 2012. Initial investment amounts to approximately 6 billion yen.

In the fields of cleanliness, beauty and health, Kao Group continues to contribute to enrichment of the lives of people globally by supplying products while realizing profitable growth on a global basis.
