PFNonwovens, a producer of customised nonwoven fabrics headquartered in Czech Republic, has again passed the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification Plus (ISCC+) audit this month for its Znojmo facility.

The ISCC+ certification enables traceable supply chains for mass-balance solutions of sustainable raw materials (recycled and bio-based), the company said in a press release.

“The ISCC Plus certification demonstrates PFNonwovens' commitment to provide sustainable solutions to its hygiene and medical customers. We offer a range of products based on the mass-balanced approach, as well as nonwoven fabrics with a high content of bio-sourced polymers and recycled polymers. In addition, all our nonwovens in Znojmo are produced with renewable energy,” Tonny de Beer, chief product, technology, and sustainability officer, said.
