Suominen hires Ernesto Levy as senior VP, business

Suominen, a leading manufacturer of nonwovens for wiping products, has appointed Ernesto Levy as senior vice president, Convenience business area and a member of the corporate executive team at Suominen Corporation, effective 20 October, 2015.

Ernesto Levy has an impressive track record in leading consumer brand organizations, such as Novartis and Procter & Gamble, and driving growth of well-known global brands such as Pantene, Crest/Oral-B and Voltaren. Most recently, Levy acted as vice president, head of marketing americas at Novartis Consumer Health. Earlier, he held several managerial and executive positions at Procter & Gamble, having being responsible for several consumer product portfolios in the United States and in Mexico, according to a press release.

Levy will report to Ms Nina Kopola, president and CEO of Suominen Corporation.
