In June 2012, Voith received its one thousandth order for an I-Series design forming fabric and the market demand continues to grow towards the I-Series. To date, more than 14 million metric tons of paper have been produced worldwide with the help of the I-Series.

To respond quickly to the customer needs and add flexibility to the production capacity, Voith continues to improve its I-Series capabilities all over the world. In addition Voith proceeds investing worldwide to further develop value added products such as the I-Series.

The forming fabrics can be used for the production of fine papers to sophisticated packaging papers. The technology ensures very good runability at high speed, best performance, cost-efficient operation in respect of resources and energy consumed, as well as excellent quality.
