France Decoupe invests in new 350 sq m clean room

France Decoupe, member of the Addev Materials Group since 2016, has invested in a new clean room dedicated to nonwoven parts manufacturing. With more than 20 million parts produced per year, the plant based in Loire County has developed since 1993 a unique expertise in nonwoven converting for markets such as industry, construction and hygiene.

Aware of the large potential surrounding markets such as medical, cosmetic or food contact, France Decoupe will be constructing the 350 square metre clean room. The new clean facility, away from pollution risks, will be used to produce nonwoven wipes, facial masks, skin patches and absorbing food pads, said a press release from the company. The plant will be the only one in France to offer such a wide range of nonwoven parts in a clean room environment.

The investment highlights the goal of the company to aim at high potential sectors. Above its expertise in materials, its savoir-faire and markets knowledge, France Decoupe also offers to its clients custom packaging and logistics solutions.

“With this new investment, France Decoupe embraces new growth perspectives in demanding markets with high added value,” said Arnaud Rivière, France Decoupe managing director. (PC)
