Recticel share capital up by 38,000 shares

Following the exercise of warrants issued in December 2008 and December 2009, the share capital of Recticel has increased by 38,000 new ordinary shares.

Recticel had earlier issued 22,000 warrants December 24, 2008 and 16,000 warrants on December 22, 2009. On the expiry of the warrant period, each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe to one new ordinary share.

This resulted in the issuance of 38,000 new ordinary shares, which have been admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels on August 4.

Before the exercise of warrants, the number of Recticel shares stood at 29,530,356 which has now moved higher to 29,568,356.

On 29 April 2014, Recticel issued a new series of 316,000 warrants at a price of EUR 6.73 which were issued in favour of the Group's senior management.

Recticel is a Belgium based manufacturer and marketer and operates in four business segments; flexible foams, bedding, insulation and automotive.
