SAAF to add a new spunmelt nonwoven line

Saudi nonwovens producer Advanced Fabrics (SAAF), announced it will add a new Reicofil line. The contract is for a state-of-the-art, six-beam spunmelt line from industry, which will be installed and running by early 2013.

“Our strategy has always been to invest in the latest technology to expand SAAF's international business in the medical and hygiene fields,"said Abdulmohsen Al-Othman, managing director. "This investment continues that strategy and will enable us to further develop with our strategic partners worldwide."

SAAF already has two spunmelt lines targeting the medical and hygiene markets.
