Italy based Texsus, a pioneering company with more than 30 years of experience in the production of nonwovens for the hygienic market is participating at the ongoing nonwoven trade show INDEX 14 at stall no 1538.

Texsus is part of Fintex & Partners Italia SpA, a family owned group engaged in different industrial and commercial areas.

Texsus manufactures highly evolved nonwovens for the hygienic and medical market, focusing on the production of high loft ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) and soft Topsheet produced through Airthrough bonding technology.

Texsus strongly believes that nonwovens are an important everyday product in people’s lives as its daily use improves the quality of life by assuring a certain lifestyle that comes from comfort and hygiene protection.

It is for this reason that Texsus has developed creative nonwoven solutions which enable customers to produce modern baby diapers, as well as ultra-thin sanitary napkins and adult incontinence products, with excellent absorption and retention performance. The Texsus nonwoven goods product range includes –

Acquitex:
Acquitex line includes high loft nonwovens developed with Airthrough Bonded technology to be used as ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) for the production of baby diapers, sanitary napkins and incontinence products. They are available in a wide range of fiber mixings, colors, basis weights (up to 160 gsm) and structures (mono or multi- layer). Texsus High Loft ADLs offer superior dryness properties.

Multifunctional Acquitex:
Multifunctional Acquitex line includes high loft nonwovens developed with Airthrough Bonded technology to be used as ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) for the production of baby diapers and incontinence pads with fluffless and high SAP ratio core. Multifunctional Acquitex is able to achieve enhanced performances compared to traditional Acquitex thanks to its multi-structured design, specific fiber properties and combinations. The product is available in a wide range of fiber mixings, colors and basis weights (from 40 to 160 gsm).

Softex:
Softex nonwovens are developed with Airthrough Bonded technology and are mainly used as topsheet in the feminine hygiene, baby and incontinence fields. The main benefits are softness and a textile touch that cannot be achieved with alternative substrates like spunbonded or perforated film. Softex materials are produced with bicomponent fibers that give them superior softness when in contact with the skin. They also help improve fluid intake time and retention compared to the most standard nonwoven topsheets.
