The world’s biggest ecommerce marketplace, Amazon has withdrawn its private label range of diapers, Amazon Elements within six weeks of launching.

In an email to its customers, Amazon said, “Based on early customer feedback, we are making some design improvements to the diaper and so are withdrawing the same."

To compensate, Amazon offered shoppers a $25 credit and added that they would like customers to try out the new diapers as and when they are ready for sale.

On December 9, Fibre2fashion had reported that Amazon has launched a new line of baby diapers; Amazon Elements available in sizes newborn through six.

The Amazon Elements line of products is only available to Amazon Prime members and program costs $99 per annum and includes free shipping. (AR)
