Kimberly Clark to supply surgical gowns & packs to Premier

Kimberly-Clark announced it signed a three-year agreement with Premier, a nationwide healthcare alliance, to supply surgical gowns and packs, both sterile and non-sterile.

With this agreement, nearly 2,900 hospitals and 100,000 alternate sites affiliated with Premier will have access to the highest quality surgical products.

"This recognition from Premier acknowledges Kimberly-Clark's long-term investment in the surgical space and our ability to produce and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers," said Joanne Bauer, President, Kimberly-Clark Health Care.

"We are thrilled to be recognized and valued by the Premier membership and are confident that members will benefit from our full range of products, designed to enhance clinician and patient safety."

The contract between Premier and Kimberly-Clark is effective January 1, 2014.
